$85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience
Care2You Primary Care is seeking an experienced healthcare Business Development Manager to help expand our Primary Care program throughout the Genesee County market.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with established relationships in assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, and senior living communities who are passionate about improving access to healthcare for seniors.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, primary care, or healthcare business development
- Understands the Lansing healthcare market
- Has a proven track record of developing referral relationships and growing healthcare services
- Excels at building trusted partnerships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in the community
- Minimum 1 year of business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or related experience.
- Existing book of business and referral relationships required.
- Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow professional partnerships that generate referrals and business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
