Duties
- Perform thorough exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and buffing using automotive buffers and cleaning equipment to restore vehicles’ shine and appearance
- Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, dashboard polishing, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions safely and confidently throughout the detailing process
- Apply safe work practices at all times, including heavy lifting techniques when handling equipment or large items
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness standards within the auto detailing facility, ensuring a neat and organized workspace
- Use professional auto detailing tools to perform vehicle paint correction and buffing for a flawless finish
- Assist with car wash procedures, ensuring each vehicle receives high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
Experience
- Prior experience in auto detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning, and detailing techniques is highly desirable
- Experience operating automotive buffers, cleaning equipment, and working in an auto detailing facility environment is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various detailing tasks
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and team members
- Knowledge of safe work practices related to automotive cleaning and maintenance operations
