As a Skilled RN with Care With Love, you will play a vital role in this team, offering thoughtful, one-on-one care in clients' homes, supporting each client’s unique goals, and ensuring they feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
We are currently recruiting a FULL-TIME REGISTERED NURSE WITH HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE who is interested in working in the Winchester/Fred. Co. and the surrounding area.

The Skilled Nurse:
- home care needs, and provide direct patient care.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and notes, and reports to the physician any changes in the patient's condition. Submits these records by the organization's policy.
- Collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, physicians, and other wellness professionals to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience for every client.
- Cultivates a client-centric environment of compassion, commitment, credibility, and cheerfulness—all core values at Care With Love.
- Includes the patient and the family in the development of the care plan and counsels them on how to meet the goals put in place.
- Regularly re-evaluates the patient’s nursing needs and supervises LPNs or HHAs working with you to care for the patient.
- Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state of VA.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
- Can provide a copy of a negative TB test.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
