Location: Waterbury, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Weekly Pay
Start Date: 3-5 days
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide one-on-one care and support for a male client in Waterbury, CT. This is a full-time position for someone who is reliable, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
- PCA experience required
- Speak Spanish fluently is preffered
- Valid driver's license required (proof is needed when applying for the position)
- Registered and insured vehicle required (proof is needed when applying for the position)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working with a male client
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to client needs
Job Duties:
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
- Dressing and grooming support
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Medication reminders
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living environment
- Provide companionship and ensure client safety and well-being
- Assist with daily routines and other care-related tasks as needed
