Full job description
Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Spring Lake, MI
As members of the interdisciplinary team, caregivers provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with activities of daily living in a home setting. All care is delivered as delegated and in accordance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Full-time, part-time, and PRN openings available (varies by case). You pick your schedule!

Job Duties for Caregivers / HHAs:
- Provide personal care and support to help clients live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation
- Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition
- Report any concerns or changes to the supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Engage clients in activities such as games, reading, and hobbies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of adult caregiving experience OR CNA certification/course completion
- Two positive professional references
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
