What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at CARE Veterinary Services?
CARE Veterinary Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated rehabilitation technician, LVT/RVT/CVT, or experienced veterinary assistant to join our growing rehabilitation and pain management team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys patient care, teamwork, learning, and helping improve quality of life for pets recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or navigating neurologic and mobility challenges.
Previous rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong veterinary background and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
Assisting with rehabilitation treatments and therapeutic exercises
Running land and underwater treadmill sessions
Supporting modalities such as laser therapy, shockwave, and mobility treatments
Monitoring patient comfort, safety, and progress
Educating clients on home exercises and long-term care plans
Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment notes
Working closely with doctors and technicians to provide individualized patient care

Interest in rehabilitation, pain management, sports medicine, or neurology
Bonus Qualifications
Previous rehabilitation experience
LVT/RVT/CVT credentials
Fear Free handling knowledge
Interest in continuing education and specialty medicine
