Typical duties will consist of training, caregiver/client introductions, assisting care management with assessments and care plan reviews, and may assist in networking/marketing events.
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week. Typical schedule will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, five days a week, (occasional weekends may be required.) This position will be based in our Spokane Valley office.

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

- Conduct client/caregiver introductions
- Assist care management with client and caregiver assessments
- Build relationships by visiting referral partners
- CNA/NAC certification or higher with a minimum of 2 years of care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
