This position ensures that all open positions for new and existing clients are filled. This occurs through effective staffing, scheduling and care management of client needs and requests. The Senior Staffing Manager will help identify the right employees to work with each client and will work to schedule, coordinate and aid in staffing and scheduling of Care To Stay Home caregivers. This position will be critical in staffing all cases at Care To Stay Home and will be assigned a caseload to supervise and oversee.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm

About Us:

Care To Stay Home is Orange County’s premier in-home care organization. We provide non-medical, in-home care services to seniors who “Care To Stay Home”, but need assistance through dedicated, compassionate and professional caregivers. We specialize in providing in-home care assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care, transportation assistance to and from appointments, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, exercise and activity supervision.

Senior Staffing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred with an emphasis in Business Administration, Business Management or Operations, or Human Resources

  • At least 1-3 years of Professional Experience including but not limited to: Staffing, Human Resources, quality assurance based on practice and regulation in multi-site management.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related field or clinical background is a plus

  • Must type at least 40 WPM, be proficient in Google G-suite, and/or Internet Explorer, and similar software programs, and the effective use of PC’s.

  • Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with diverse populations; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be able to grow and replicate their performance day in and day out through measurable results.

  • Strong grasp of federal and state laws and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently, organized, able to prioritize duties and multi-task effectively and efficiently.


Primary Duties:

  1. Interact positively and patiently with employees and potential employees
  2. Working with our different locations to ensure processes are consistent and streamlined in regards to communication, staffing procedures, etc.
  3. Continually evaluate and implement new methods to streamline the process of staffing and scheduling employees while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and customer service for CTSH, employees, and clients
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in the utilization of eRSP, Gmail, and other software utilized by the company to validate of all hours worked by Care To Stay Home employees
  5. Manage Employee Availability and Schedules and keep accurate records of employee interactions using our online software system eRSP
  6. Manage Client Cases as assigned to you by your supervisor. This includes but is not limited to all staffing, care coordination between client, employee and management, scheduling and care management. 
  7. Perform in field client and employee visits
  8. Identify ways to help solve Customer and/or Employee issues and challenges
  9. Participate in On-Call duties after hours/on weekends
