Job days/times: Sat 8am-2pm and possible other days

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Cook to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing living spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
• Prepare nutritious meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements, demonstrating strong cooking skills
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies, outdoor work such as gardening or yard maintenance, and floor care including carpet cleaning and polishing
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas using janitorial and custodial techniques while ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed
• Manage housekeeping schedules, prioritize tasks effectively with excellent time management skills, and coordinate with household members for special requests or events
• Conduct outdoor work as needed for garden upkeep or exterior cleaning tasks to keep the property looking pristine

Skills

• Proven experience in cooking with the ability to prepare a variety of meals that meet dietary needs
• Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of residential cleaning methods, floor care, carpet cleaning, and commercial cleaning techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities
• Excellent customer service skills to interact politely and professionally with household members or visitors
• Experience in laundry management and custodial duties within residential or hospitality environments such as hotels or similar settings
• Effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with janitorial practices, sanitation standards, and housekeeper management strategies

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
