You’ll collaborate closely with our project teams and clients to ensure seamless, secure, and reliable system performance that meets and exceeds expectations.What You'll Do
System Programming & Integration
- Program, configure, and integrate security platforms Genetec and Lenel OnGuard.
- Customize system settings to optimize performance and functionality based on client-specific needs.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution to maintain seamless operation across integrated security environments.
Technical Collaboration & Implementation
- Partner with Care Security Systems' engineers, project managers, and clients to design and implement tailored security solutions.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and offer ongoing system support to our service and support teams.
Network & Security Expertise
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and Care Security Systems’ rigorous security and reliability standards.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience and/or certifications in one or more of the following systems:
- Genetec
- Lenel OnGuard / LenelS2
- Avigilon
- Milestone
- AMAG
- Honeywell Pro Watch
- Software House
- Excellent troubleshooting skills focused on delivering optimal security system functionality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
