Care Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Coordinator to support the financial and administrative operations of our center. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements while providing excellent support to our Care Managers and Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage monthly Client invoicing
· Onboarding new Clients and Client documentation
· Assisting IT and Care Managers as necessary
· General office upkeep, ordering of supplies
· Handle processes of accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Administrative work associated with hiring and general Team Member Human Resources management
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in business office, billing, or administrative support preferred
· Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office is a must
Experience preferred in Client management software:
- Practice management software
- Case management platform
- HIPAA-compliant cloud-based healthcare admin system
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Self-starter
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Self-confidence and ability to take initiative
· Positive attitude
· Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company information
· Willingness to assist where needed
