This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician - Floater based in Miami, FL. The Pharmacy Technician - Floater will assist the pharmacy team with daily tasks such as accurately filling prescriptions, maintaining inventory control, and supporting pharmacy operations. The individual will provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with healthcare and pharmacy regulations. The role requires frequent travel between Care Resource's pharmacy locations in the designated area.
- Experience in Prescription filling and Pharmacy operations
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) qualification or similar, with knowledge of pharmacy best practices
- Inventory Control experience, including stock management and order processing
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and assist patients
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical environment is advantageous
