Responsibilities
- Plan and implement recreational activities for residents
- Encourage socialization and engagement among residents
- Assist with meal times and feeding, as needed
- Document resident participation and progress
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar environment preferred
- CNA license preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Salary : $18 - $24
