Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA will provide hands-on care for patients, assisting with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, measuring vital signs, maintaining accurate health records, following care plans, and communicating effectively with care teams and families to ensure holistic patient support.
Qualifications
- Competency in assisting patients with daily needs such as grooming, bathing, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Ability to measure and document vital signs and monitor patients' conditions
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and following detailed care plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with care teams and families
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as transferring and lifting patients
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and a compassionate approach to care
- CPR certification and experience in a healthcare or home health setting is preferred
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality patient care
