What You’ll Do
Assist with all aspects of personal care, including showering, bathing, toileting, changing incontinence briefs, dressing, and hygiene
Safely support client transfers using gait belts and/or hoyer lifts as needed
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, pet care as needed
Offer companionship, emotional support, and a consistent, comforting presence
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team to ensure the highest level of care
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability and strong communication skills
Experience with hands-on personal care (or a strong desire to learn)
Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
Previous PCA/CNA/Caregiving experience highly preferred
Position Requirements:
Proof of negative TB test- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
Ability to pass a drug screen
Authorized to work in the US
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
CPR/First Aid Certification- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
