Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support the therapy needs of students in a school-based setting.

- This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff to implement individualized therapy plans that enhance student participation in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing therapeutic interventions that improve students' physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions, promoting independence and skill-building.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication with parents and educators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field and NBCOT Certification required.
- Licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of Washington (required upon start date).
- Pediatric focus and/or school-based experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
