- Clear plans of care with RN oversight

- Care delivered in alignment with CDC safety guidelines

- Current, active Colorado LPN License
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Salary : $39,000 - $82,940
