Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide one-on-one care in the home. This is an opportunity to work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician-ordered treatments, including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning (nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal), ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- A current, active Colorado LPN license
- A current BLS CPR card, obtained in-person (not online)
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
- A TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT)
