Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, preferably with special needs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to work effectively within a team and apply proactive problem-solving strategies
- Strong documentation and data-collection skills
- Ability to respond to and manage crisis situations as outlined in IEPs
- Ability to lift up 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed
