Care Option Residential Treatment Center, LLC | Houston, TX
We are currently building a compassionate, professional, and diverse team for our Residential Treatment Center serving boys ages 8–15.
We are seeking dependable individuals who are passionate about mentorship, structure, youth development, and creating a safe environment for children in care.
Positions may include:
- Direct Care Staff
- Residential Support Staff
- Overnight Staff
- Weekend Staff
- PRN / Part-Time Team Members
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain structure, safety, and professionalism
- Experience with youth, behavioral health, education, healthcare, childcare, RTC/GRO settings, mentoring, or social services is a plus
- Men and women from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training opportunities may be available)
- Must pass required background checks
- Age: 25yrs and Above
