Care New England is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our established primary care practices throughout Rhode Island.
About the Opportunity:
- Provide routine and preventive primary care, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week with rotational telephone call only
- 18 patients per day
- EPIC utilized throughout the Care New England Health System
- Embedded support includes:
a. Integrated behavioral health, LICSW
b. Health Helpers to address quality gaps
c. Pharmacy and pharmacy tech on site
d. On site lab
e. Virtual scribe
f. RN triage program
