Women & Infants Hospital, one of the nation’s premier hospitals in the country is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Certified Nurse Midwife interested in Obstetrics and Maternal Fetal Medicine to join our Perinatal Equity Program and serve as the lead clinician on the Community Mobile Health Van. This van serves the greater Providence area providing care to postpartum patients in their community. Opportunity Highlights
- Monday – Friday work schedule in an inpatient and outpatient capacity
- Job description includes managing medical complications of pregnant patients and postpartum care, Triaging care to either ED or physician’s office and collaborating with specialty providers.
- Serve a diverse patient population and have a full complement of Obstetric and Gynecology specialists.
- An average of 10 patients per day
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife program.
- Board Certified
- Active Rhode Island APRN/CNM CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
- 2 years of experience is preferred
