The Impact You’ll Make
As our nurse, you’ll be a key team member and spiritual presence within the center. You will:
- Provide hands-on patient care that is both medically sound and mission-aligned
- Ensure compliance, quality, and compassionate care in every detail

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide medical services under the direction of our Medical Director
- Offer health education, STI testing, and options counseling in a biblically aligned, patient-first way
- Ensure complete and confidential documentation of all patient care
- Provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to patients
- Share the Gospel and pray with patients, as appropriate
Medical Leadership & Operations
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, infection control, and other relevant regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct quarterly chart audits
- Provide in-service training and collaborate closely with the Medical Director
- May perform other duties as assigned by the executive director.
Emergency Preparedness
- Follow protocols for emergency situations or unusual medical findings
Ongoing Development
- Maintain active Washington State RN license
- Stay current on continuing education and certifications (e.g., CPR, limited OB ultrasound, STI counseling)
