Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) $1,500 Sign on Bonus
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Hot Springs seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed team. Requirements:
- Active Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
- PTA experience is preferred but not required
- Home Health experience is preferred but not required
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Assist our Physical Therapists in following physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating Director on patient status, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
