Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Care IV Home Health Hot Springs is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health visits PRN. Lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan available, even for PRN staff. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Assist our full-time Occupational Therapist in following occupational therapy care plans
- Performing OT
- Documenting / charting patient progress
- Updating OT on patient status, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by our Occupational Therapist
Desired experience:
- Occupational Therapy Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas

Previous OTA experience in an acute setting (minimum 6 mos COTA experience required)
- Home Health OTA experience preferred
- As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelinesconditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
