Job Description:
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise technology projects utilizing industry-standard project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of business, technical, vendor, infrastructure, security, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, software implementation partners, or system integrators, including scope, deliverables, performance, and issue resolution.
- Experience facilitating business requirements, planning activities, stakeholder engagement, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience planning and coordinating testing, deployment, organizational change management, training, and production implementation activities.
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Experience implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
- Experience with document management, workflow automation, and records management.
- Experience with document migration and enterprise content repositories.
- Experience with OpenText, Hyland OnBase, SharePoint, Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or similar platforms.
Salary : $65 - $70
