- This position requires someone with 4–7 years of experience who can bridge the gap between non-technical business stakeholders and technical development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, create use cases and process flows, perform testing, and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders — including government organizations and external service providers.
- They''ll work with considerable independence, manage their workload through a ticketing system, and contribute to knowledge transfer and system documentation to reduce organizational risk.
- Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing
- Experience in business objectives and problems and identifying alternative solutions
- Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or to improve existing computer systems
- Experience in writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify computer program
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis of systems and alternatives
- Experience in analyzing and documenting input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reporting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and generation of wireframes
- High level of sound logic and analytical ability difficult

- Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization

- Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
- Familiarity with company''s information architecture and information management methodologies
- Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components
