Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support business requirements gathering, analysis, reporting, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, and hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and Power BI.

Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.

• 8 years of experience gathering business requirements and creating reports.

• 8 years of experience facilitating the development and analysis of business requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to design technical solutions.

• 5 years of experience participating in and providing guidance on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, training, and implementation-related activities.

• 2 years of experience working with Snowflake.

• 2 years of experience working with Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions with business teams to understand business processes, reporting needs, and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

• Develop and support reporting requirements using Power BI and Snowflake.

• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test case development, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

• Provide guidance to business users during testing, training, and implementation.

• Communicate project updates, business requirements, and solution recommendations to stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and reporting requirements.
