What it takes to become a Travel Director of Nursing (DON) with Care Initiatives:
- Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
- Current, valid CPR Certification.
- Must possess more than a year of proven DON experience within a Skilled Nursing (SNF) environment.
- Ability to travel throughout Iowa. Overnight travel will be required.
- Willingness to work as a DON, ADON, or MDS depending on the needs of the organization.
