Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Package (Days)
Location: Chariton Specialty Care – Chariton, Iowa
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting wage $42/hour $8/hour weekend shift differential on applicable weekend hours

Chariton Specialty Care is seeking a committed Weekend RN to join our team as part of a weekend package. This role is ideal for nurses looking to work full days over a compact schedule—Friday through Sunday, 6a–6p, while earning premium weekend pay and shift differentials.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care during daytime weekend shifts
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Monitor resident health, update care plans, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate care
