This unique role bridges healthcare and business development, working closely with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure seamless transitions of care. You must have an active RN, LPN, or RT license in order to be considered for this position. This role will be covering our Cedar Rapids OR our Cedar Falls territory and qualified candidates must live in one of those areas. What you'd do as a Clinical Liaison at Care Initiatives: Designs and implements a marketing plan primarily designed to meet the needs of professional referral partners in long-term care. Leads efforts in establishing broader community engagement. Completes marketing calls; maintains record keeping system on marketing activities, including documenting referrals in the clinical record. Develops implements and evaluates initiatives designed to promote awareness and understanding of Care Initiatives' programs and services in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. What it takes to become a Clinical Liaison with Care Initiatives: 2-3 years of proven success in healthcare marketing and/or sales. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care.. Active RN, LPN, or RT license, required. An understanding of the continuum of care and the admissions process, highly preferred. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
