Position Summary We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our AffiniCare team. CNAs travel to multiple Care Initiatives communities within their region to provide quality resident care and assist with staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and long-term care communities. Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and personal care. Monitor and document resident health, safety, and well-being. Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and family members. Travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations to support open CNA shifts.
