What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing communities.
- Support residents with daily living activities including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
- Work collaboratively with nursing teams to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification in the state of Iowa.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable experience as a CNA.
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your assigned region.
- Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Care Initiatives locations.
