Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admissions Recruiter to join our team. This position is an in-person only position and will require that you travel to local high schools/colleges and recruit students into our various programs. You will be responsible for visiting high schools to present academic programs and admissions opportunities to prospective students. You will also represent the college at college fairs, career days, and community events and host information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events for prospective students and families.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from local high schools.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school career centers, faculty, student organizations, and industry partners to enhance Care Hope College's brand presence.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus events, interviews, and information sessions to engage prospective candidates directly.
- Help students apply, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates using applicant CRM and SIS software.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Host students and provide campus tours.
- Hire may also be expected to perform receptionist duties.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm about recruiting students.
- Experience with cold calling and relationship management.
- Proven experience in college recruiting or sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage students and faculty.
- Familiarity with CRMs and student information systems like Populi for managing candidate pipelines.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
