Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pearl City, HI, for a dedicated Mental Health Worker. The role involves supporting individuals dealing with mental health and substance use challenges by providing case management, assisting in therapeutic activities, and coordinating care plans. Responsibilities also include active communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and provide compassionate care
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Social Work and Psychology
- Experience or proficiency in Case Management and coordination of care
- Understanding of Mental Health principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is an advantage
