- Base Salary: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year (Dependent upon years of experience)
- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Up to $4,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000 annually (Extremely competitive)

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping adult patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their quality of life through:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of physical conditions and functional impairments.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and post-surgical needs.
- Engaging and educating patients and their families to support ongoing progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to treat diverse adult populations, including seniors.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
- Setting: Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
