💰 Salary & Highlights
- Evaluation Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per Initial Evaluation
- Follow-up Rate: $44.00 – $50.00 per visit
- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $ 4000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
- Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5,000 annually
- Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Home Care)

The Role We are seeking a passionate Home Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional needs.
- Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration.
- Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies for the home environment.
- Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones (infants through adolescents); Home Health experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong professional judgment, child engagement skills, and the ability to work independently.
