The RN field nursing supervisor is responsible to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health Care services such as supervising Certified Home Health Aides in a patient’s home, evaluate the patient’s plan of care and assess their physical and Psychosocial needs.

The RN field nursing supervisor is responsible to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health Care services such as supervising Certified Home Health Aides in a patient’s home, evaluate the patient’s plan of care and assess their physical and Psychosocial needs.
- Visiting Client Territory: Ocean County areas
- Schedule: 2–3 days per week. Weekend availability required.
- Office Address: 734 NJ-37 #4, Toms River, NJ 08755
- Pay per visit: $45 per Regular Visit, 2 Month Reassessment, and Supervision Visits; $55 per Reassessment Visit; and $60 per Initial RN Assessment.

- Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
- Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases.
- Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
- Performs initial nursing assessments
- Counsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Assigns and coordinates services provided.
- Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient’s condition/needs.
- Prepares clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient’s condition is reported
- Administers medication and treatments as prescribed and initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Monitors clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1 year of RN experience
- CPR certification
- 1 year of home care experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
