Key Responsibilities
In all roles, you’ll:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person communication.
- Professionally interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage digital prescription workflows.
- Support the prescription filling process, including:
- Data entry, print queue, Framework/ECM docs, and order processing (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Team communication via Microsoft Teams
- Help manage inventory control, including:
- Outdates, overstock, and daily supply orders
- Accept and complete Pharmacist-delegated responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment:
- Clean counters, floors, storage areas
- Restock office, cleaning, and pharmacy supplies
Bonus: Some roles may involve working with Care-Sync processes (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- 1–2 years of pharmacy experience, especially in data entry or call centers
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems (e.g., QS/1, PioneerRx)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of prescription terminology and insurance billing
Schedule
- Full-time | 36–40 hours/week
- Current shifts range from 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday
- One Saturday/month (9am–1pm)
- Flexible scheduling available depending on department
