We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Needs Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hairstyling experience and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of clients with special needs. This role involves providing professional hairdressing services in clinics, ensuring each client feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.

Responsibilities:
· Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients with special needs in a clinic setting.
· Demonstrate patience, kindness, and understanding to create a supportive environment.
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
· Communicate effectively with clients and their families or caregivers.
· Maintain a professional attitude and uphold the dignity of clients at all times.
Requirements:
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional hairdressing experience.
- Patience, kindness, and a caring attitude.
- Strong desire to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Dependable transportation to travel to clinics in the DFW area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with individuals with special needs, kids hair salons, or in a healthcare setting.
· Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field.
