What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Review data and make thoughtful programming adjustments
- Collaborate with families in a clear and supportive way
- Participate in intake and care planning
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation

Structure of the Role
- 15–20 hours/week
- Hybrid (in-person remote)

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1–2 years of ABA experience minimum
- Experience with pediatric ABA services
