Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide quality care and support to elderly clients. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to enhancing the well-being and comfort of others.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities, including transferring, feeding, dressing, and hygiene routines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
Skills
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide) preferred, but not required
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Ability to use assistive devices such as a Hoyer lift or gait belt
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Dependable, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to pass background check, be at least 18 years old and meet agency requirements
- Have reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
