Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Marquis Home Care
What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders, within agency policy, regulatory guidelines, and scope of practice
- Manage and re-evaluate individualized plans of care at minimum every 60 days
- Complete comprehensive OASIS assessments and documentation from admission through discharge
- Serve as case manager, coordinating multidisciplinary care for your patients
- Participate in the agency's Quality Assurance program
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation per policy
Who We're Looking For
- Active NYS Registered Nurse license
- Valid NY Driver's License, CPR/BLS certification, and COVID-19 vaccination (as applicable)
- 1 year of RN experience preferred — new graduates encouraged to apply
- Home care, acute care, or rehab background is a plus
- OASIS experience helpful but not required

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
