Job Summary:
Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home, is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team. As an HHA/CNA with Care Connect at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible schedule that works for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal prep and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Follow personalized care plans
- Report any changes in condition to our team
Requirements:
- Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
- CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
