Care Choice Home Care is looking for dedicated Caregivers to work in the Oceanside area. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Caregiver to provide in-home care for individuals requiring support during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient observation, medication management, and personal care, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients throughout the night. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those receiving hospice or dementia care. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Shifts: Overnights
Pay: Competitive pay ranging from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Requirements:

Certification: HCA (Home Care Aide) certification.
Health: Proof of TB (Tuberculosis) vaccine.
Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA/nursing student
Attitude: Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibility: Be on time, communicate effectively, provide two weeks' notice for days off, dress professionally, respond to all forms of communication from the office, and complete all state-mandated training.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in various settings, including home and community care environments.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and observe patients' health, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality caregiving services.
