Looking for part -time and full-time nurse(s) to work in our hospice team. Service area: Webster, Southbridge, Brookfields.
Responsible to the Hospice Clinical Supervisor for implementation, coordination, and supervision of all aspects of the delivery of patient/family services, consistent with agency policies. As a member of the team, the nurse works under the general direction of the Hospice Officer and the Attending physician/Hospice Medical Director in the provision of care to maximize comfort and health of patients and families.
