Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — School-Based

Position Overview
We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP management within a school-based environment. Openings span a range of student populations, from a traditional elementary caseload to a specialized program serving students with complex, low-incidence needs.
Available Settings
Traditional Elementary (K–5) Deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and manage IEPs for a general elementary student population.
Separate / Specialized School (K–12, Students with Disabilities) Provide specialized interventions, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support, and multidisciplinary collaboration for students with complex and low-incidence needs.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services to an assigned caseload Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments Develop, manage, and monitor IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Requirements Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, valid in the state of assignment ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with elementary and/or low-incidence / specialized populations preferred Demonstrated ability to manage evaluations, IEP goal development, and direct therapy services Compensation & Schedule Full-time, standard school-year schedule Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and setting
