Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our new patient enrollment team. This role focuses on speaking with new patient prospects, confirming eligibility, gathering required information, and assisting with intake steps for onboarding into our home health care services while earning performance based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound and inbound calling campaigns with leads and responding to inquiries.
- Explaining the home care programs, requirements, and eligibility requirements.
- Utilize CRM software and worksheets in order to manage customer interactions and update sales pipelines efficiently.
- Qualifying new patients and caregivers based on state regulations.
- Collecting demographic information from both caregivers and patients.
- Data entry of collected information.
- Collaborating with others and assisting with the intake process.
- Providing empathy and rapid relationship building with potential clients.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, medical intake, call center, or home health preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong phone communication skills - clear, confident, and patient.
- Comfortable working with a variety of differing state rules and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and document information in real time.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
- Extroverted, empathetic, social, and highly comfortable speaking with a wide variety of people.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed goals and performance metrics.
- High level of organization coupled with solid skills in applications such as Office and Google Suite.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
