Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide, located in Brooklyn, NY. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care tasks, and patient care. Additional responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe living environment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Home Care, Patient Care, and Personal Care
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living
