About the Role
As a Home Care RN, you will support clients and caregivers through in-home supervisory visits, assessments, and quality checks. You will have control over your schedule while ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly client spot checks and caregiver supervisory visits
- Conduct client assessments and reassessments
- Monitor and document client wellbeing and caregiver performance
- Report concerns to HR or the Director of Care Management
- Support caregivers with guidance and communication
- Maintain compliance with RI state regulations and company policies
What You Need
- Active RN license in Rhode Island (in good standing)
- Home care experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Ability to self-manage schedule and deadlines
- Reliable transportation for home visits
